1General Terms & Eligibility

By using the Snatch platform (snatch.plus), you confirm that you have fully read, understood, and agreed to abide by these Terms & Conditions. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between Snatch and each member who uses its platform.

Snatch is an internationally licensed online gaming operator offering casino games, Sports Betting, and live gaming services. Users must be at least 18 years of age to access the platform.

These Terms & Conditions have been written in Bengali. In the event of any dispute, the English version shall be considered final; however, the Bengali version will remain available as a helpful reference for members in Bangladesh.

2Account Registration & Responsibilities

Creating a snatch membership is completely free. All information provided during registration must be truthful, complete, and your own.

• Each person may register only one account. If multiple accounts are found linked to the same individual, all accounts will be permanently closed.
• Keeping your account password and login credentials confidential is your responsibility.
• Sharing your account with anyone else is strictly prohibited.
• The phone number and email address provided during registration must be your own.

3Identity Verification (KYC) Process

Snatch strictly complies with international Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) policies. Identity verification is mandatory before withdrawals or for transactions above a specified amount.

KYC verification is typically completed within 24–48 hours. Withdrawals are not permitted from unverified accounts.

4Deposit Policy

You can deposit to snatch using bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or bank transfer. There are no fees for deposits.

• Minimum Deposit: ৳200 (bKash/Nagad), ৳300 (Rocket), ৳1,000 (Bank Transfer).
• Maximum daily deposit: ৳50,000 (mobile banking), ৳2,00,000 (bank transfer).
• Deposits must be made only from your own mobile banking or bank account.
• Payments to third-party names are not accepted and any such transactions will be reversed.

5Withdrawal Policy

A completed KYC verification is required to make withdrawals on Snatch. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 3–10 minutes.

• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳500।
• Maximum daily withdrawal: ৳50,000.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Winnings from bonuses must meet the specified wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• No fees on withdrawals.

6Bonus & Promotion Policy

Snatch offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus has its own terms, clearly stated on the offer page.

• Welcome Bonus: 150% bonus on your first deposit, up to ৳15,000. 30x wagering requirement.
• Reload Bonus: Available weekly for eligible members. Separate terms apply.
• Cashback: A set percentage cashback on net losses. No wagering requirements.
• Bonus Validity: Must generally be used within 30 days of issuance.
• Any attempt to claim bonuses through multiple accounts will result in all associated accounts being permanently banned.

7Betting & Gaming Rules

8Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Snatch. Any such action will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of balance:

• Bonus abuse or bonus hunting activities.
• Any attempt at money laundering or financial fraud.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to play games.
• Colluding with other members to fix matches or manipulate outcomes.
• Creating an account or submitting KYC with false information.
• Attempting to hack or exploit vulnerabilities in snatch's system.

9Responsible Gaming Policy

Snatch places responsible gaming at the top of its priorities. We believe gaming should be a source of entertainment — not a cause of mental or financial distress.

Snatch provides the following tools:

• Daily/Weekly Deposit Limit: Set your own deposit limits.
• Session Time Limit: Automatic logout after a set period of inactivity.
• Self-Exclusion: Self-exclusion options available from 30 days to permanent.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a break for 24 hours up to 30 days.

10Account Suspension & Closure

Snatch may temporarily or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• In the event of a Terms & Conditions violation.
• If suspicious or fraudulent activity is detected.
• If KYC verification fails.
• Attempting to access your account from a restricted region.

Before closing an account, Snatch will generally notify the registered email or phone number. Any valid balance will be refunded after KYC verification.

• Your data is never sold or shared with third parties (except where required by law).

12Changes to Terms & Applicable Law

Snatch reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. In the event of changes:

• You will be notified by email or SMS before any significant changes take effect.
• The date of any update will always be shown at the top of this page.
• Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are governed by international gaming law. Any disputes will first be addressed through dialogue. If unresolved, they will be settled through an international arbitration board.
